Clic is a safe online community to support everyone with their mental health.

Share your thoughts and experiences and get mutual support from others who understand.

Clic is for everyone over the age of 18 who needs it. It is open 24/7 and has already helped thousands of people feel less isolated, whilst signposting them to mental health information and local support. Clic provides a platform for mutual support so that everyone can chat and connect peer-to-peer online and thrive.

Whether you’re looking for information about mental health, support to manage your symptoms, or contact information for local services, you can find useful links and resources once logged into Clic. You can also access a mood tracker – helping you to identify, understand and manage your moods.

There are also numerous Clic communities connecting people on specific areas such as:

Parenting Hub: a community of parents and carers who can connect with others to share information and advice to support their children’s mental health.

Bloom: a community of education staff who can access Bloom resources helping to support the young people they work with to maintain their mental health.

Home for Refugees: a community of people hosting refugees who can connect with others, share information and support one another.

Clic is brought to you by Mental Health UK

At Mental Health UK, we challenge the causes of poor mental health and provide people with the tools they need to live their best possible life at home, school and work. In a rapidly changing world, we bring together the heritage and experience of four charities from across the country who’ve been supporting people with their mental health for over 50 years.

Clic was established in 2016 by Adferiad Recovery, one of Mental Health UK’s founding charities to help reduce the loneliness and isolation experienced by people with mental health problems and their carers in Wales. Thanks to funding from the Department of Health and Social Care, our partners at Lloyds Banking Group and others, we were able to make Clic available to everyone living in the UK during the coronavirus pandemic to help people to connect online for mental health support.
